Tours DUO - Paris

DUO - Paris

DUO is a major architectural and avant-garde mixed-use project that will contribute to instilling a dynamic and contemporary identity in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The two asymmetrical towers, 27 and 39 storeys high, will offer latest-generation facilities and platforms to fit new collaborative ways of working.

DUO will feature intelligent, flexible platforms. Occupants will have access to a full range of amenities directly from their mobile phones. The first tower will be home to the Natixis business campus. Natixis is the international corporate and investment banking arm of Groupe BPCE and the second-largest banking player in France. The second tower will feature an upscale hotel — McGallery by Sofitel — and retail space. McGallery’s décor will be entrusted to the prolific designer Philippe Starck, famous for his wow-worthy hotel and other interiors around the world. The complex will also comprise restaurants, a skybar, greenery filled terraces and a number of amenities open to the public, including a 21,500 square foot (2,000 m2) garden, retail establishments and an auditorium.

The DUO towers are built to the strictest environmental and energy efficiency standards, and the project is aiming for Effinergie+, HQE and LEED® Platinum certification. It is also WELL PrecertifiedTM Platinum for its comfort-, health- and wellness-oriented features and is precertified WiredScore Gold.
